In all cases, "Luxury" tour prices include the best available accommodation, the finest available cuisine and the best available local wine. This price does not include: optional tipping (not compulsory), personal expenses, insurance, flights to and from Australia, drinks other than mentioned and optional activities.
To secure your booking A La Carte Australia Tours needs a 20% non-refundable deposit (usually between 3-12 months in advance). The balance of the fee is payable 60 days before the start of the tour. Both Visa and MasterCard are acceptable forms of payment. Please use the secured payment means that is described during our booking process.
Cancellation Policy: The 20% booking deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations received in writing 30 days before departure, there is a 50% refund. For cancellations received in writing until the day before departure, there is a 20% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received on the day of or after the departure date.
